ChatyChat Terms of Service

1. Service

ChatyChat provides tools for automating authorized Instagram business interactions, including processing comments and, where configured, sending responses through supported Instagram APIs.

2. Authorized Use

You may use ChatyChat only with accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for complying with Meta and Instagram terms, policies, applicable laws, and rules governing the content and messages you send.

3. Your Content and Automations

You are responsible for automation rules, messages, links, offers, and other content configured through ChatyChat. You must not use the service for spam, fraud, harassment, unlawful activity, or unauthorized access.

4. Platform Availability

ChatyChat depends on third-party platforms and APIs including Meta and Instagram. Features may be affected by API changes, platform limitations, service interruptions, permissions, or account restrictions.

5. Security

You must protect access to any account connected to ChatyChat and promptly report suspected unauthorized use.

6. Suspension or Termination

Access may be limited or discontinued when necessary for security, compliance, misuse prevention, or changes to platform availability.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

8. Privacy

Use of ChatyChat is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated as the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
