ChatyChat Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of information associated with your use of ChatyChat.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to arashbroker@gmail.com with the subject: ChatyChat Data Deletion Request.
Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant account, such as your Instagram username or the Instagram business account connected to ChatyChat. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
What Happens Next
We may need to verify that the request relates to the correct account. After verification, data controlled by ChatyChat that is associated with the request will be deleted or anonymized where appropriate, except for information that must be retained for legitimate security, legal, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.
Disconnecting Instagram
You may also revoke ChatyChat's access through the applicable Meta or Instagram account settings. Revoking access prevents future access through that authorization but does not by itself replace a request to delete information already stored by ChatyChat.
